Nutri5^® contains a blend of a number of important soy components which act together to provide a range of health benefits. We believe that this composition is far more effective than the use of chemically extracted isoflavones alone. One example of evidence for this has been provided recently by a study which showed that the absorption of isoflavones by the body is significantly enhanced if taken in conjunction with insoluble dietary fibre, which in the case of Nutri5^® is supplied by soy cotyledon fibre.
